A retreat. A conference. A special worship service. A camp. A gathering of ministry leaders.

When people come together to worship, the music and the shape of the gathering matter. I work with pastors, organizers, and ministry leaders to create meaningful, cohesive times of worship—and I can also come alongside you to lead congregational singing and music when you gather.

The goal isn't to create a production.

It's to help people sing, listen, pray, respond, and worship together.

    Give your leaders a chance to worship, too.

    If the people organizing the gathering are also responsible for leading it, they don't always get to participate fully. I can step in to lead times of worship and congregational song so that pastors, ministry leaders, and organizers can put down their leadership responsibilities and worship alongside everyone else.

I believe worship should be shaped by Scripture, grounded in the life of the congregation, and designed to invite people into genuine participation for the glory of God. I pay attention to the people, gifts, traditions, and resources already present, and I help create worship that is Christ-exalting, thoughtful, intentional, and meaningful—not a copy of someone else's model.

    Camp Lambec Worship & Music Retreat

    Kristen designed and led a retreat for music & ministry leaders to get away and sing, worship and rest.
